Our members and organisation welcome the launch yesterday of the ‘Digital for Care: A Digital Health Framework for Ireland 2024-2030’ by Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly. This framework sets out a roadmap to digitally transform health services in Ireland and improve access for patients.
In 2023 our executive and board representatives were delighted to meet with the Department of Health – Ireland and the Health Service Executive in a period of consultation for this and the accompanying
Health Service Executive Implementation plan. Industry insights with key elements for success, were delivered and discussed, having gathered and consolidated a broad spectrum of perspectives from our member’s digital health working group, following working group sessions.
