As we celebrate International Women’s Day, it is worth noting from reports shared below that ‘fully closing the gender wage gap could increase GDP by a one-time boost of 5%, on average, across OECD countries’. The key piece is that gender balance in leadership is good for business.

At HealthTech Ireland, we actively strive for balance with our Board being 45 to 55% balanced and with gender balance 50/50 with the Chairs and Vice Chairs of each of our working groups.
